11. Chapter Ten

10:6 This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.

Here we have a parable identified as such. So all the other nonsensical nonsense was not a parable or it would have been identified as such.

Really funny that not even the people who were there listening to him could figure out his point. Is it possibvle that the authors' of the bible couldn't figure it out either?

10:16 "There shall be one fold, and one shepherd."

Jesus falsely prophesies that "there shall be one fold, and one shepherd."

10:20 "Many of them said, He [Jesus] hath a devil, and is mad; why hear ye him?"

Many of those who saw Jesus firsthand thought he was mad and possessed by a devil.

He didn't even convince eye-witnesses!

10:24 Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly.

10:25 Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father's name, they bear witness of me.

Others ask for proof and Jesus says that the miracles he did (but they apparently did not witness) are the proof. So Jesus is asking them to belive based on reputation (like Bernie Madoff - the charleton financier who stole millions from those who believed him.)

10:26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.

What the hell does that mean? They already said they didn't get the sheep parable.
Are these poor, dumb jews consigned to hell because Jesus talked nonsense to them?

I'll ask them when I get there.

10:30 I and my Father are one.

So again I ask, how is it that Jesus is the SON of God?
